Less than 6 weeks til D-Day!

Well, I had what I thought was my last sono yesterday and things look good. The sono tech had me extremely nervous because she kept measuring the same things over and over, she kept saying it was because of him flipping around constantly and she couldn't get a good picture. Dr. Kehl (another high risk ob dr) came in and actually did another sono himself. When he was finished he said our baby looks great! According to the sono he is measuring 2 weeks ahead of schedule at 5lbs 6oz. And Dr. Kehl also mentioned that they would probably have to do a csection (even if I wasn't planning on one) because of the infection and having a weak spot in my esophagus, the pushing could cause another rupture....NO.THANK.YOU! Oh...and both the sono tech and Dr. Kehl made remarks about him having lots of hair so I am interested to see because with Brynlee I was told she had a little but not much and Brynlee had TONS! Dr. Kehl decided to do one more sono in 3 weeks so that we have confirmation that there won't be a growth issue at the time of delivery.

I also met with Dr. Shepherd and it was a very short and sweet appointment. Nothing new except a 4lb weight gain in 2 weeks....oh boy, just like Brynlee I pack it on at the end! I just made an appointment with my friend Tess to do some maternity pictures on April 7th, so I am hoping I don't turn into the swollen beached whale I was with Brynlee by then! I guess it's probably the bags of peanut butter M & M's I have been devouring. :)

  1. Glad baby Looks great. Hope you are feeling well. And I have probably said this before, but we had Dr Kehl for my last pregnancy. I loved him!!! And as much as I do not want another high risk pregnancy I hope I get him again next time!! :) So who will be doing the csection?
